Co-owner | Director of Education
Joshua Carr
Joshua has extensive experience in human services, student affairs, and adult learning. He holds multiple degrees, including a Professional Master of Education from Queen’s University, and is pursuing further graduate studies. His career began in community justice, developing counseling programs and working with the court system. For the past decade, he has focused on student success and academic support in higher education, also teaching courses in communications, psychology, and counseling.

Co-owner | Director of Operations
Nicholas Bijnens
Nicholas has a strong background in engineering, science, and regulatory affairs. He holds a B.Eng. in Space Engineering and an M.Sc. in Earth and Space Science, where his research focused on determining satellite orbital locations using signal data. With over eight years of experience in higher education, Nicholas continues to support learning in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, and regulatory affairs. He also works with a Canadian satellite operator, focusing on spectrum usage and regulatory compliance.

Hilary Morgan
​Hilary is a dedicated educator with seven years of experience in secondary humanities, academic coaching, and literacy interventions. She holds a B.Ed. in Secondary Education from Mount Saint Vincent University and an M.Ed. in Inclusive Education from Saint Francis Xavier University. Her career has spanned rural Indigenous communities and large urban settings, where she has embraced culturally responsive pedagogy and the principles of Universal Design for Learning. Hilary supports student agency by tailoring instruction in English, Social Studies, Career and Life Management, Forensics, Job Preparation, and Life Skills to diverse cultural and socioeconomic contexts. She is a strong advocate for student voice and choice in shaping their academic goals.
